Who provides Palliative Care?

Palliative Care is provided by an interdisciplinary team which includes the following members

1. Palliative Care specialist
2. Palliative Care Nurse
3. Psychologist / Mental health care expert
4. Social worker
5. Physiotherapist
6. Pharmacist
7. Nutritionist
8. Desired specialists / super specialists are called as and when necessary
