Mr. Anil Kumar, Chartered Accountant with 40 years of work experience in both the corporate environment as well as in the Accountancy Practice. He is currently holding the following positions

• Country Chairman - India, Intertek Group Plc- a FTSE 100 Company on the London Stock Exchange. He is currently its Non-Executive Chairman for India. He has been involved from the start of the Company in India in the early 1990’s. He was responsible for setting up various new businesses eg. Food Testing; Electrical, HVAC & Refrigerator Testing etc. and now oversee Corporate Governance in India.
• He is one of the Founder Members of the Hospital and has been a member of its Governing Body since inception. He was the Non-Executive President for two, five years terms, before stepping down and taking the role of Non-Executive Chairman & Member of the Management Board. Have served on the Finance Committee of the institution. This has been a professionally run Cancer Hospital in Delhi and has the distinction of being the first Cancer Hospital to be accredited by the NABH in India.
• Bry-Air Asia Pvt. Ltd. - he serves on the Board of the Company besides being on the Audit Committee. It now owns the Bry-Air Brand & Trade mark worldwide having purchased this from the US Company a few years back.

He has held the following positions during his profession career -

• General Manager - Dodwell International Buying Offices Ltd (wholly owned subsidiary of Inchcape Pacific Ltd - Hong Kong).
• Managing Director & CEO Inchcape India Private Ltd. (wholly owned subsidiary of Inchcape Group Plc.)
• Liquidator - Inchcape India Pvt. Ltd. (Under members voluntary winding up): The process of winding up is was completed in 2011-12 after the approval of the Hon’able Delhi High Court.
• Director Gestetner India Ltd. - He was inducted to the Board of Gestetner India Ltd. as a nominee of Inchcape Group Plc. He remained on the Board till Gestetner was merged in to Ricoh India Ltd.
• Director Caleb Brett India Pvt. Ltd. - He was appointed Director in this Company after the same was acquired by Intertek Group Plc.
• Partner Kumar & Gulati Chartered Accountants - for about 12 years after which he was offered an assignment with Dodwell where he joined effective 1st January 1990.
• Traniee - Khanna and Annadhanam Chartered Accountants - He joined K&A in 1973 after graduating from Delhi University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant after training in 1978.
